Our Human Resources Procedure
Our HR policy is based on 5 key points- by encouraging internal promotion,
- by cultivating loyal employees,
- by increasing our levels of expertise (an ambitious training programme is offered to 80% of our staff each year).
Integrating our new recruits within the teams encourages a rapid assimilation of the values which unite the Group.
All of these values (the Florette spirit) are implemented through our quality procedures, which are the key to our constant improvement.
"Permanent progress" modules have been set up to develop a system of proximity management on sites (5S, visual communication, Cédac…) where the person responsible is at the very centre of the decision-making process.
From the welcome booklet to the factory periodicals, via the Group magazine, the "Planet Florette", internal communication is one of our prime concerns.
One of Florette's main challenges is to "put everyone in the picture" about the constant changes and evolutions taking place within the group.
The Florette Group is very aware of the role of businesses within the community and takes on sixty trainees every year. Integrating so many young people into our teams also generates a pool of fresh, dynamic and fully-trained people capable of filling vacant or newly created posts.
