Mixed Salad with Cheshire Cheese Salad with Craisins® and Strawberries

1 bag Florette Mixed Salad
80g wild rocket leaves
200g fresh strawberries
40g Ocean Spray Craisins
150g Cheshire cheese
40g toasted, chopped hazelnuts
For the dressing
2 tbsp light olive oil,
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil,
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar,
½ tsp sugar
Distribute the salad leaves between four plates. Slice the strawberries into thin slices and scatter over the salads along with the Craisins®. Crumble the Cheshire cheese over the salads. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and drizzle over. Scatter over the toasted nuts and serve immediately with a chilled glass of Chardonnay.
