Tuna with Flageolet beans & Herb Dressing

1 bag Florette Mixed Salad
4 tuna loin steaks
1 clove garlic, crushed
I x 400g tin flageolet beans
1 small onion diced
Handful fresh basil leaves chopped
1 lemon, juice
5 Tbsps olive oil
Salt & Pepper to season

"Dressing
1. For the dressing, mix together 4 Tbsps of the olive oil & all the ingredients apart from the beans
2. Add the flageolet beans & stir gently into the dressing
3. Season to taste

Griddled Tuna Steaks
4. Brush the tuna steaks on both sides with some of the olive oil
5. Season well with salt & pepper
6. Ensure that the griddle is hot & drizzle with some of the remaining olive oil
7. Cook the tuna steaks for 1 minute on each side – ideally the tuna should be striped on both side & a little pink at the centre
8. Serve with the dressing drizzled over the tuna steaks & a side salad of mixed leaves
