Baby Leaf salad with Grilled Prawns

Occasion: Starter

400g Tiger Prawns
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
zest & juice of ½ lemon
Seasoning

"Prepare the prawns and coat with a little olive oil.
Cook at a high temperature until golden brown (approximately 3 minutes).
Whilst cooking add garlic, lemon zest & seasoning.
Place prawns on top of the salad.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and seasoning.
Serve immediately with a crisp glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
