8 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp Pesto
3-4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil,
1 x 25g pack Fresh Basil
"Divide the Florette Leafy Rocket Salad between two plates; arrange the mozzarella slices and cherry tomatoes over the leaves. Mix the pesto with the olive oil and drizzle over the salads. Tear the basil leaves and scatter over the salads to serve.
