Lambs salad with Sesame Seared Tuna with chilli & soy dressing

2 tuna steaks
2 tbsp sesame seeds
For the dressing
2 tbsp sweet chilli dripping sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
½ tsp sesame seed oil
1 red chilli
1 lime wedge for garnish
"For the dressing, mix the chilli, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.
Place the lambs lettuce onto plates and drizzle with the dressing.
Heat a large oiled non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Dip the tuna steaks into the sesame seeds, coating evenly on both sides. When the pan is hot add the steaks and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Place the tuna steaks on top of dressed salad and serve with a lime wedge.
Serve with glass of pinot noir.
