Wild rocket with sesame cod

2 cod fillets
20g sesame seeds
2tbsp sesame oil
12 halved baby plum tomatoes
1 tbsp honey
2tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp crushed ginger
To make the dressing, mix the honey, soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl. Leave to one side. Coat the cod in the sesame seeds. Heat the sesame oil in the frying pan over a moderate heat and fry the cod on each side until cooked through. Place the rocket and tomatoes onto 2 plates. Top each cod fillet and drizzle with the dressing. Serve immediately with a chilled glass of chardonnay.
