Cajun chicken with Caesar salad

Occasion: Starter

2 or 3 chicken breasts, sliced and cut into strips.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Cajun seasoning.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Coat the chicken strips with the cajun seasoning and fry until browned on both sides and until cooked through. Place the salad on 2 or 3 plates, drizzle with the dressing and place the chicken on top. Sprinkle with croutons and serve immediately with a chilled glass of Italian Pinot Grigio.
