Summer Spinach & Fig Salad

tin of chick peas
walnut halves
2 figs
5 cherry tomatoes
1 small cucumber
4 tbsp vinaigrette dressing
parmesan
freshly ground black pepper
Drain and rinse the chickpeas and slice the cucumber and figs. In a bowl place all the ingredients except the parmesan and toss together. Serve straight away with shavings of parmesan and some freshly ground black pepper on top.
