1. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
2. Recipes must be submitted by the 20th of each month in order to enter the competition and get the chance to win £20 worth of Florette vouchers and salad bowl.
3. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
4. To enter, create an original recipe to include a Florette salad product. Your recipe must be your own original work and be clearly typed. Fill in your personal details and recipe on the web form and then click ‘send’ in order to email it to the Promoter.
5. All recipes will need to be approved by the Promoter and / or its agents before they are featured on the website. Please note that recipes will be assessed using guidelines to ensure adherence to Promoter values, and full compliance with those Terms & Conditions. Any decision of the Promoter and / or its agents to reject submitted entries is final and will be made at their sole discretion. By entering this competition, each entrant hereby confirms and warrants that the recipe is his or her own original work.
6. The recipe entries will be judged by our independent panel and one winner per month will be chosen. The criteria used by the judging panel for selection of the winners will be the usage of Florette salads in the most imaginative and original way in the views of the judges.
7. The decision of the judges is final and binding for any situation, including any not covered in these terms and conditions, and correspondence will not be entered into.
8. The monthly prize is a £20 worth of Florette vouchers & salad bowl. The Prize must be taken as offered, cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent and are not transferable.
9. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners will be notified by email within one month of the competition closing date. If a winner's prize remains unclaimed after one month of the notification email being sent, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date.
12. The best recipes selected will be published on www.florette.com. By submitting a recipe the entrant consents to it being featured on the Florette website with the entrant’s name and for its website users to access the information. We may however feature other non-winning recipe entries on the website.
13. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
14. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-competition publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
